Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid billing period. Deleting your account will delete your account and cancel any ongoing subscriptions.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or ask about a charge, email [email protected]. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Complaints and Content Removal

Anyone can report illegal, non-consensual, or rule-breaking content. Our dedicated Complaints Policy explains how to report content and our review process.
