Complaints Policy

Effective September 19, 2026

Anyone may report content that may be illegal or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable payment-network standards.

How to make a complaint

Use the form below or email [email protected]. Include your contact details, the content URL or location, the alleged violation, whether you are depicted or directly affected, the action requested, and any relevant supporting information.

Review process

We use the following steps and resolve every complaint no later than seven business days after receipt:

  1. Confirm receipt. We let you know that we have received the complaint.
  2. Review the content. We assess it under applicable law and our policies, requesting more information or limiting access while we review when needed.
  3. Resolve the complaint. We decide what action to take and send you the outcome with a general explanation.

Potential outcomes

Our findings determine what happens next:

  1. No violation. We close the complaint without taking action when the content does not break the law or our rules.
  2. Corrective action. When we find a violation, we may limit access to or remove the content and may warn, suspend, or close the account responsible.
  3. Further action. We preserve relevant records, contact law enforcement, a payment provider, or another appropriate authority when required, and take any other reasonable steps needed to address the issue.

Depicted-person removal requests

Any person depicted in content may ask us to remove it:

  1. Submit a request. Send us the content URL or location, explain that you are depicted, and tell us what you want removed.
  2. Review the request. We assess consent, age, applicable law, and our policies, and may limit access while the review is underway.
  3. Resolve the request. We remove content when required consent was not given or is void under applicable law, a depicted person was under 18 when the content was created, or the content is otherwise unlawful or violates our policies.

Appeals process

A complainant or another directly affected party may appeal any decision by emailing [email protected]. Identify the decision, explain why it should be reconsidered, and include any new or supporting information. Appeals will be reviewed and resolved no later than seven business days after receipt.

  1. Submit the appeal. Email us the decision being appealed, your reasons, and any new information. We will confirm receipt.
  2. Reconsider the decision. Whenever possible, someone who was not involved in the original decision reviews the complaint, the decision, and the new information.
  3. Receive the outcome. We send a written decision explaining whether the original outcome is upheld, changed, or reversed.

If a person depicted in the content still disagrees with the outcome, either side may ask to refer the dispute to an independent, neutral third party agreed by both sides. We will take part in good faith and follow any binding decision or applicable legal requirement.
